Ignite the Light is not just a favourite — it’s the face of our brand and we would like to thank Thomas Johnson of Mid-America Garden for his brilliant work in bringing this iris into fruition and to Riversdale Iris for bringing it to Australia. It’s the one we return to, time and again, for its brilliance, optimism, and sheer magnetic beauty.  A highly modern iris, very much at home with super contemporary architecture. 

Every element of this cultivar is luminous: the ruffled cream and golden standards catch the sun like morning light, while the red-brown falls blaze below with warmth and power. The vibrant tangerine beard is the spark at its core. Whether you’re planting for drama or joy — or both — Ignite the Light will always deliver.
