Shipping Information

Iris rhizomes are generally dug in Dec after flowering, but the timing is dependent on plant health and weather conditions.  Orders can be fulfilled from Dec to Mar, again depending on inventory and weather conditions. Please note that we avoid fulfilling orders during heatwaves as this can affect the condition of the plants. 

Pick up

Our business is based in Western Australia.  Local customers have the option of picking up orders from the nursery in Mount Helena (by arrangement).  At checkout select the "Pick Up" option for Shipping.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.  Please note that to ensure our rhizomes arrive to you in the best condition possible, we only provide Express Postage as an option so most parcels will be delivered in 1-3 days.

Processing Time

You will be notified when your order is being dug and when it is being posted.

Biosecurity

We take our biosecurity responsibility very seriously.  All interstate deliveries have Plant Health Certificates issued post inspection by DPIRD.  In some instances the departments responsible for biosecurity in other jurisdictions may undertake additional inspections of packages which may delay delivery.  This is out of our control.
